If you are a consumer, you can make a return no later than 14 days from the delivery of the item, sending the item in the same condition in which you received it, unused, labeled, and in the original packaging.

If you need to return, make sure you follow these guidelines:
- Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all original tags and labels attached. The goods must not be altered, worn, or washed otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make the refund.
- Write an email to email@example.com and request authorization to return by specifying your order number, model, size, and color that you have purchased and that you find on the tag.
- When your return request is accepted we will send you the confirmation and the return form by e-mail, which you will need to fill in and insert in the package.

You can choose between two different ways to make your return:
- By mail service or by other couriers. The shipment must be traceable through a tracking number or through the postal receipt of the package
- Using the pre-printed adhesive label, bearing the return address, included in the package containing your order. In this case, you will not have to make the payment of the costs of returning the purchased products in person, to the courier, which is in any case at your expense. Ink Addiction will directly support them on your behalf, deducting from the refund a sum equal to the shipping cost of the products purchased.
Ink Addiction is not responsible for delays or loss of packages.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.
The return is not approved if:
- you are not a consumer;
- more than 30 days have passed since the article was delivered;
- your item does not arrive in the same condition in which you received it, unused, labeled, and in the original packaging.
It’s not possible to request a return in case of delay in delivery and, depending on the circumstances, customer service will be able to offer you a discount voucher to be used in subsequent purchases.
In case of non-delivery of the order, we will automatically cancel it and refund it.
All changes must in any case be authorized by Ink Addiction and will be made according to stock availability.
Once the return has been received and inspected, within 7 working days we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item, to inform you of the approval or not of the refund and, if approved, to ask you to choose between the following methods refund, which we will arrange in the next 14 days:
- issuing a credit automatically applied to the original payment method;
- creation of a coupon of the same amount as the order to be used on the site for a new purchase.
In addition to the price of the item, you will be refunded the shipping costs if you have chosen the cheapest delivery method among those available.
If the return is sent at our expense, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
If you have not received the refund within 14 days, check your account or payment account again, then contact the credit card company, PayPal, or the entity used to pay. It may take technical time to register your refund.

We remind you that you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity of goods and you can request, in compliance with the terms of the law, which differ depending on whether you are a consumer or not, the return of the non-compliant item.
To prove that the product is not compliant, we may ask you to send us a photo of the item.
In the event that the items are faulty, damaged, or have manufacturing defects, the shipping costs are charged to Ink Addiction. In this case, we ask you to report the defect no later than 10 days from receipt of the item.
